What Should I Do If My Ukulele Arrives Damaged?
If your ukulele arrives with a factory defect, don't worry! We'll replace it at no extra cost. Simply reach out to us via our Facebook page or email us at hello@wagasukuleles.com. Please include photos of the damage for our assessment. Once approved, we'll cover the shipping costs to return the product to us.
Please Note: We are not responsible for ukuleles that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Remember to keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods as they may be required for the claim process.
